Excellent, thorough and careful service. Had my carpets steam cleaned and leather lounge chairs cleaned, all of which had not been decently cleaned for over 10 years, and they have come up looking fantastic.

Our lounge had never been cleaned and they brought it to a state I thought was beyond retrievable.The house smells like bubblegum and they gave us a complimentary carpet clean!We also had a milk stain in the carpet they managed to get out.All done in half an hour or so, and I have never been happier.Definitely getting these guys again!Very very happy!

I would never recommend Ryan's carpet cleaning on my experience.When I booked with the lady she took my card details and advised me that they would ring me when they completed the job and then debit my account with the details provided.The job was a end of lease carpet clean which was booked in for Wednesday morning but after not hearing from them I rang the real estate to see if they had been given access to do the job. I was informed by the real estate the carpet cleaning machine was in for service and they would be there Thursday morning. On Thursday morning they went into my bank account and deducted the $170 for the cleaning without calling me prior, so when I rang the lady she told me the job was completed and everything was done.I then rang the real estate to do the final inspection to which they informed me that they hadn't done the job and were coming later in the afternoon.When I rang to question them the female and male became very rude and threatening. There excuse was it was normal practice to use the bank details to gain access for early payment before they done the job , because the male had tried to make a deduction on the Tuesday when their machine was in for repair.PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

They just did an end of lease clean for me. the tenants left a heap of oil and other stains on the carpet and it is now almost like new. i especially liked that they were working new year week. for my 2 bedroom unit it only took them half an hour. thank you

My very filthy, stained 3 piece lounge suite (I have pets and young children) looked as good as new. I'd had it cleaned two years ago by a well known company and it didn't look anywhere near as clean as with my experience with Ryan's. Very efficient service too - all over and done with in under an hour and they gave a complimentary clean to my floor rug.
