I give this cafe a 3.5 out of 5. Today was mothers Day and I was impressed with the fast service and the staff were well-mannered. The pricing was reasonable. The soup was great, defiantly get it again. Calamari was pretty average but wasn't great, a bit undercooked and wasn't fresh same goes for the chips.

Enjoyed our lunch here on a very busy school holiday weekend. They have indoor and outdoor/footpath dining areas. Parking can be near impossible to find as all of Healsville is a very popular destination. Bright colourful vibe with humourous posters and pics down the back of the restaurant. A fairly conventional menu, I had a chicken Parmigiana with chips and salad, and family had salt and pepper Calimari salad, and a crispy chicken foccacia with chips. Being licenced, they had a range of wines, beers and ciders as well as spirits. I chose a bottle of cider I was not familiar with and was disappointed the bottle was not bought out with my glass. This is very unusual in my experience unless it's on tap. Food was great and promptly served even though they were quite busy.

Awesome meal & reasonable pricing. Dined here on the night 20/04/22. We had an entree of Buffalo wings & cheesy bread. The three of us had the Porterhouse Steak as it was steak special night. Beautifully cooked steak & the sauces were also superb. Compliments to the Chef's & table staff were fabulous.

Such lovely food with a refreshed fun, bright atmosphere. Check out the comics and commentary on the walls and tiles in the bathroom. Caters well for vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free with lots of options. Can highly recommend the arancini balls, minestrone soup pumpkin gnocchi and fajitas. Had some yummy desserts, icecream bar has dairy and non dairy options. Creme brulee was yummo.

Don’t order the salad, it’s not worth it. You just get cos lettuce, a tiny bit of bacon and salad dressing. 2 of us ordered the salad and they even forgot to put the eggs on it, plus of it took 40 minutes. They get 2 stars because the waitress serving us was really nice.

Amazing food and service.They accommodated us (large group) at the last minute. The portions were big and the pricing was reasonable. The lamb shank was really good. It does get busy (even on weekdays) so best to book ahead.

Hidden Gem!!Yummy food / cooked to perfection! And the whole table revived their meals together which is hard to get these days!!Super friendly staff very accommodating and if we are even back in town we would 100% eat here again!!

I'd give this a pass. The coffee was extremely watery - I could hardly taste the espresso in my large strong soy latte. The foam was inadequate as well.I love that they have a vegan menu, but $22 for smashed avo on toast is a bit much. It wasn't a lot of avocado either - thinly sliced bread with a small amount of avocado spread across, with hummus under the toast with a few pomegranate seeds and some vegan feta on the side.I couldn't even finish my coffee it was that bad. Total of $58 for 2 people having the same meal with 2 coffees. You can get much better breakfast/coffee in Melbourne for less.
