I’m pretty sure the old bloke is either the manager or owner but the three fold lecture he gives on 3 years olds was really inappropriate. You lost yourself $1000 in sales fella. We walked out and went to Strandbags because of that. Won’t be back. Good luck.

I just tried to return a Tosca luggage strap which broke on the first flight I used it, with zero success. The Manager was not interested in any way in trying to help.It was not a large $ value, but if I get no help and cannot trust this store with a small thing, there NO WAY I’ll ever buy anything significant from them.Please be aware of the risk is you need to return anything.

Very bad customer service. Really regret buying from them. Sub standard service compared to other places such as Strandbag. Apparently rolling the luggage from the store to the car makes them question their exchange policy, so I assume they expect you to lift a massive luggage from the time you purchase. Ridiculous.
