Telstra Mt Gambier

Would do less stars if possible, have rang all numbers incliding the managers direct mobile she gave us and never get an answer from anyone at the store or a call back like they are meant to when we leave a message for a call back. Dropped a faulty phone off and hadn't heard a thing for 3 weeks, tried countless calls and was told we just had to wait as the repair team have been very busy. Ended up driving over an hour to this store we dropped it off to be sent away to find out what was going on with repair and it hadn't even left the store yet!!!! Have now been waiting a further 2 weeks and again have not heard a thing still paying over $50 a month for a phone i assume is just sitting on some lazy workers desk. We will be moving from telstra completely soon due to this one store being so incompetent and unwilling to communicate with there customers.

Brodie went out of his way to help, staff were all friendly and happy to help.

suppose to recieve a message from mt gambier store early this morning the customer service officer said confirming an appointment with the exact time for after 4 today. Its now 1.30 I still haven't heard, I have tried ringing the store 4 times no answer. Do I actually have an appointment or not? Terrible customer service yesterday 3 people standing around not serving anyone and they just stared at me for 5 mins before someone came over to serve me! Then the I told me I couldn't buy a phone I needed an appoint even for an enquiry.

I don’t understand why they book appointments and still run late

I usually love telstra and it’s great quality but lately I am very frustrated and annoyed, I live an hour away from Mount gambier telstra shop it would be great if you could actually answer the phone or call back like you say you will I’ve called atleast 15-20 times in the past week I’m very disappointed. Because I will be quite mad if I was to drive an hour just to find out that you don’t have what I’m after in stock or store.

Had the best service from start to finish we were greeted by brodie (absolute asset) who kept us informed and felt welcomed. We were given up to date info and plan suggestions. We felt comfortable and looked after.

I usually don't go negative. But telstra is a fail for me. This is a phone sales Shop, they have no interest or ability to assist with account or plan issues. I have switched to another provider based on my experience. Please note I do not hold the staff responsible, they seem nice, it's the company and its policies.
