Extremely rude service. Shop assistant told me I could only try on two shoes because it was “their policy”. Never encountered such terrible service at Novo. Guess that’s what you get for attending a shop in Broadmeadows. Apologies issues after speaking to management, however it does change the way we were treated. Never shopping there again

Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience with their customer service. The staff members were rude and hesitant to help me find the right pair of shoes. When I asked for assistance, they seemed annoyed and uninterested..need the improve their service.Won't visit again
