Cafe Rialto Pizza Bar
My hubby and I celebrated our wedding anniversary last night at Cafe Rialto,we had 3 courses and champagne,Delicious generous servings , prawns ,veal cutlet and pizza ,also mouthwatering cream brûlée!Tatiana welcomed us was very friendly andEthan our waiter was very attentive.Thanks for a lovely dining experience.

The food is fantastic, some of the best Italian food I’ve had. The gnocchi is superb, however the service is terrible, I mean really bad.I was on edge the entire time, the owner anything but accommodating.The taste of bad service lasts longer then the experience of good food.I would recommend this place to others with a warning about the service.

Service: 0-1 starAlthough we were a large group, we arrived at 7pm and our food orders were not taken until 7.45pm and food did not arrive until 9pm. This is ridiculous, we came for dinner and 9pm is NOT dinner... very disappointed with the service of this place. We informed the restaurant that we were a large group so they should have been prepared yet the waitresses were avoiding eye contact and taking our orders for 45 mins and continuously asking us to wait with no explanation.Food: 2-3(max) starsAfter reading about the high authenticity of this restaurant from previous reviews I was thoroughly disappointed by the food. The Chicken Fettuccine had good sauce flavouring however the chicken was dry and bland... it was as if they cooked it separately from the rest of the dish and just dumped boiled chicken in afterwards. However my friends do recommend the aglio olio as well as the Grilled prawns.Unfortunately I cannot say I will be recommending or giving this place another go.

If you think you are going to get good customer service.:..think again!!!!Is it maybe we were the only brown people there with a big group.We do eat out alot and this was really bad customer service and food.If you like melted ice cream which gets left on the table since it’s too much to serve it to the children…this place is perfect.

Staff are lovely.We have visited many times.Food was ok, but not to the price point that is advertised.The drinks menu is over the top. VERY disappointed to be charged over $11 for a bottle of NON alcoholic beer. That’s not ok in the highest quality of establishments let alone in Annangrove.We won’t be returning anytime soon unfortunately.

I had the pleasure of dining here, it was an absolute delight! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and friendly service. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, with soft lighting and comfortable seating.But the true star of the show was the food! Every dish we tried was bursting with flavor and made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The pasta was cooked to perfection, and the sauces were rich and flavorful. The pizza was crispy and delicious, with the cottura being fantastic along with just the right amount of toppings.But what really made our dining experience stand out was the attention to detail and personalized service. Our waiter took the time to explain each dish and made thoughtful recommendations based on our preferences.Cafe Rialto to anyone looking for an authentic Italian dining experience. The food, service, and atmosphere all exceeded my expectations and left me eager to return for more. Grazie mille for an unforgettable evening!

Hidden behind the service station, a welcoming surprise as you enter the doors. The bar is stacked with top shelf champagne and spirits and kitchen counter with home made produce that is an artwork in itself.Service was friendly and attentive, we were made to few immediately welcomed and relaxed. Almost full house for a Friday evening. Offers indoor and semi-alfresco dinning options. Worth checking out the specials board as there is always something tempting on there. The pasta servings are huge, but like proper huge. Add a starter and some sides and one could be shared easily.Flavours were spot on as was the presentation.

Worst dining experience I’ve had; on Valentine’s Day too which made it even worse. Ignored when we walked in and waited to be served. Our drinks were forgotten & we waited more than 45 mins for our (average) main courses. No apology or communication from any staff member & nothing to soften the blow of a waste of a night out. Won’t be back.
