Not recommended at all and you should avoid, expensive and additional hidden fees will be charged after settlement and nothing you can do about it .After receiving settlement statement , found some amounts were deducted, while it should not be , these additional amounts were deducted because they didn't advise me about some clauses in the contract that I could negotiate with vendor to remove or to get additional discount on property price , but they just told me everything is fine and I can sign the contract like they are working for vendor favor not the purchaser , then end up paying thousands of dollars of my hard earned money that I can’t recover . AVOID AVOID AVOID
