My mother spent 6 months at MMLittle Bay, dying. The staff were just lovely. Although she got very difficult, they were compassionate, kind, never seemed rushed or impatient. Its clean, friendly and I have no hesitation recommending it. The only thing we thought was an issue was their GP, who refused to attend over the Christmas break, and would not prescribe pain killers even when she screamed when touched. But the MM staff went above and beyond, and we are so grateful.

A homely environment that provides descend accomodation to residents.Staff are friendly,care is highly person centred.Food is of top quality.Highly recommended facility of choice in Sydney

Managers need to go to school again. Not recommended to anyone. Managers have hired their own family members and relatives and rejected the application of qualified applicants. Nepotism at its worst is in existence in this place. Great location but care inside is below expectation, exploitation of workers exists.

The staff are friendly and helpful and the care is 5 star.During this difficult time of COVID-19, the staff have been fantastic. When they have had a resident or staff member with the virus, they have put the facility in lockdown. Doing this has kept the cases low and kept the other residents safe.You can't fault the facility!

This place is fabulous. Wonderful caring staff, clean, nice open garden grounds, lots of activities, lovely rooms. I moved my mum here after being in an awful (more expensive) nursing home in Rose Bay. She has never looked back. :)

Thankyou to all the wonderful staff on the third floor who took care of my Mum for 3 weeks of respite. She came home very bubbly and will look forward to further visits with you.
