Great service. Good Quality and prices.

Great products* and sales staff were nice. However, on Monday - kept my courier waiting over half an hour without telling him nor me it was to wrap floor stock that didn't need to be wrapped as my driver had blankets and was on a strict timeline. I had to pay extra due to this. Called the day prior to let staff know my goods were to be picked up. I was told I would get a call back within 5 minutes to speak about the issue, no call. I left a voicemail, no call. That was a week ago. The packaged buffet had a bent hinge with the door not attached (1 of 3 doors), with the spring missing from one of the parts, this took over an hour to fix.

awesome furniture. Went to the sale on the 4th and the range of furniture and the savings were MASSIVE. I got a couch that was over $1,000 off what i would pay in the stores. Very happy - highly recommend for anyone looking for furniture in Victoria at wholesale prices!

I didn't think sale prices could be so good! Great quality furniture for very reasonable prices. They also have delivery options available which made my sofa very easy to get home. Definitely recommend going if they ever have another sale!

I went to the 50% off everything sale today and when I asked the price of a couch the sales man upped the price from the advertised price by $300 and didn't even give me 50% off that. Every price I was given was the same as the website and nothing was on sale.
