I have done two jobs with these guys over the years (and my dad has used them multiple times before) - they really do a fantastic job. Professional, honest, transparent, and perform work at a really high quality. They fixed up knocks and dents and rust spots on my Toyota 86, taking special care to order the exact right paint. I have been referred to here by Tempe Motors (car rented by driverl) to assess the damages I have been hit by Tempe Motors despite sending them a independent quotation. I was told they could pick up my car from wherever u was and just leave the car (i was shocked by such offer) to them so that they can assess the quote I provided before compensating me.I wasn't comfortable with them so I said no and driven my car to let them assess. I was lucky that I didn't because I saw all the keys of each car are placed on the windscreen wiper and the workshop door is just widely open, not secured place. Also most of the cars have collected a thick layer of dust so not very sure what they are doing there.Without any assessment in detail but just a brief look at damages and the quote, straight away given me a price that is significantly 1.3.k less and insisted if I want to get it fixed, I must let them do it and accuse me I just want to keep the money and don't want to fix it.Tempe motors then called me that only the proce given by Vince organ is what they can offer to compensate me and said or else do not talk to them again.The amount they offer to compensate me is even lower than the excess which the driver had paid to Tempe Motors.Apparently this assessor works for Tempe Motors and trying to compensate me less than the excess driver had paid Tempe Motors and I don't know what they do with the excess, let you judge it.So I asked for the name and business car dof the assessor, he refused to provide me.The whole experience was bad and unprofessional.I then went to 3rd independent smash repairer, they said my first quote is reasonably cheap and do not understand why the quote given by Vince Organ is so low that make no reasonable sense to then because the 3rd assessor think the actual works should cost more than the first quotation I had given to them.Incident happened on 4th of February 2024 10.30 to 10.4545am.

I had a great experience with Vince Organ - he gave me a really reasonable price for the job, was a great communicator, did a splendid job on my car and even got the car back to me early - wold highly recommend!

It's been a great experience dealing with Gino for some repairs to my old car. He provided great advice and service. He kept me up to date throughout the repairs, sending photographs and explaining what he was doing. I couldn't recommend Gino and Vince Organ Smash Repairs more. I am very happy.

As per the other reviews, Vince went above and beyond to fix a job that the insurance elected repairer botched. The panels were misaligned, the paint was not matching, there was water in my boot - Vince fixed it all down to the last detail. It looked better than I'd ever seen it. On top of that, he was empathetic, went out of his way to drive me to the car hire, and got me a coffee to brighten my day. Couldn't recommend more - thank you!

Phenomenal work. Conducted a very large warranty repair on my vehicle, insisted on taking ownership and performing the work personally which was reassuring given I’d owned the car from new and had looked after it. Gino has a no job too difficult attitude and a sense of ownership of his and his teams’ workmanship which seems harder and harder to come by these days. Thanks mate. Straight forward and to the point. (If you know what you want to be done.)I needed some repair done after a tree branch caused a couple of dents and cracked the paint work. Gino was great to work with, he gave a excellent quote and ‘accurate’ estimate time.

Contacted Gino and he kindly fitted me for repair the following week, then completed it in 2 days! Amazingly fast, quality work, and kept me up to date with the progress. Thanks again to Gino and the team! Will definitely tell everyone I know to go here.- Happy customer
