Lois has been absolutely amazing to deal with when selling our rental property. Her advice about simple property upgrades, virtual styling, advertising and listing price were fantastic. Ange Heskett and her team members Sheree and Mary are absolutely amazing agents. I could not speak more highly of them.They have been so wonderful to deal with from day one. Maxwell collins is a joke, they have stuffed me around with my bond which is there fault, I now have to go through vcat in order to get it back after Maxwell collins failed to do the proper and required paperwork. Then Blatantly turned around and blame me instead of taking responsibility. I was going to look at buying a house through them once my lease ends.I will not give them the privilege of selling a house. I will look else where.If they can stuff up paperwork for a rental, who knows what they would do when selling a property
