You guys are so unprofessional and lazy.You leave a note in the mail box lying saying I'm not home.When I'm sitting in front of my places door waiting for delivery.Don't lie about people not being home due to you guys having lazy delivery drivers.Not happy.And I'll be letting every business know about your delivery methods.Fix it before you lose alot of people respect.

If I could leave -0 stars I would. This parcel delivery company seems to be the laziest one. They constantly leave notes in the letterbox saying that no one was home to sign the delivery off and that we have to arrange the pick up. They don't even knock on the door nor even try to contact you on any manner to deliver your package. It's really annoying and the worst part is that you don't get to choose the company you want to deliver as the sender is the one who arrange directly with this company. Terrible service I must say. If you have the opportunity to choose stay away from this one. It doesn't make you delivery any easier and you'll have to go and pick up your package anyways.

Absolutely useless service, lengthy delays, driver in a unmarked beaten up hatchback threw slip in letter box, no attempt to deliver, ignored me as I called out.

Same experience as everyone else here, letter in the mailbox, no location to pickup my parcel. Preparing to kiss my money goodbye at this stage.Don't know how this courier company is in business or why any company would choose to use them.

I certainly hope it gets re-delivered today due to the fact they pulled up in a un marked silver ute past my driveway ran back and threw a card in my letterbox telling me to arrange to pick it up.i paid for pickup and delivery to my home  ..not to a storage facility that can't be bothered to actually deliver it..extremely cranky with this service ..in my opinion this is a low act from any business.i was standing at my front door witnessing this..didnt know it was my delivery until i got the card out of my mailbox after they flew past my house.

I mainly shop online, so I get quite annoyed when I am home and a card is left in the letterbox without any details and no attempt to knock on the gate or call out to me, as my entrance is the reverse to the other side of the duplex....this has happened quite a few times...really angry!!!
