Raefe has done my Septoplasty and also my 1.5 yr old sons Adenoidectomy. Raefe is an amazing surgeon, I do not understand the below review of his bedside manner, he was always super friendly and got to the point. Happy to go above and beyond.

It’s beyond me how Dr Gunderlach has made it this far in his discipline of medicine. The mans bedside manner is horrendous. he clearly has given up on helping people and at this point is just turning up and going through the motions.He rates himself above all other Doctors/specialists and yet after dealing with him and his horrible condescending demeanour, I would have to say he is one of the most unlikeable and unhelpful “professionals” my family have dealt with.Avoid at all costs.

5 STAR is never enough to express our appreciation to Dr. Gundelach . He is very professional and he was very patiently explained everything in detail before my husband’s surgery despite English is not our first language . He successfully removed the parotid tumour on 14/03/2022 without causing any complication. His team and his co-work doctor are all very kind and professional too. Before we went to Dr. Gundelach we searched online did lots of homework thinking that which doctor would be the best in Brisbane . we saw a few negative reviews about his previous secretary being very unpleasant which did make us worried , however , we actually spoke to several of them Alicia , Angela, Kelly , and the doctor who works with him, they are all wonderful. Again, Thanks to you All.

Dr G is great but receptionist has no intention to improve and no professional ethics. Discussing me in presence of patients and just would not accept suggestion that she could send out letter with directions for new patients.

Highly recommend. Front desk ladies are friendly and helpful. Dr Gundelach is also very friendly as well as knowledgeable. Felt like i was in good hands!
