Was to call my brother about some pain medication at 2.15pm didn't ring until 4pm. Probably too busy thinking about the long weekend. Well hope you enjoy long weekend because my brother can't. Needs a bit more professionalism and speed particularly facing a long weekend.

I don't expect any of the staff at this clinic are not good at their jobs nor decent people. The pressure they are under to process patients so quickly though, impedes communication, and renders the service extremely poor. I like Dr Montgomery, but it is difficult to get to see her. The other 2 doctors I have seen were basically rude, but as mentioned I believe that is from the poor internal rapport, and lack of workplace morale caused by the clearly evident pressure they are under. I have a rare condition and experience chronic pain. Despite the fact this clinic has no experience with my condition, I have never been afforded the time to discuss my 12 year history. No doctor has had the time to view my file with anything more than a fleeting glance, and despite trying to make a 'longer appointment' to discuss my history and establish a good rapport, the alleged 'long appointment' is just that. Alleged. They don't exist. The damage to my spinal cord has caused hypertension, but despite that I do not recall my blood pressure ever being taken at this clinic. Furthermore I recently asked for a referral to a pain specialist in aBrisbane hospital and was asked what are your symptoms?" by the same doctor who has been prescribing meds for those symptoms. Today I was told I have an attitude problem because I disagreed with the doctor on an important point

3 drs in 12 months n I’m done with this practice.

A big Thankyou to everyone at this Medical Centre..They went above and beyond to help me when I needed it the most.Staff and Doctors are very professional and are terrific..Even if you have to travel 100kms to see them, it's well worth it..

Staff and doctors are always friendly, courteous and professional to whoever they speak to.

Dr Daphene Connor is amazing doctor who listens and admin ladies are wonderful

Parents went there and the doctor doesn't even look at you and when asked the doctor to check their notes he replied that he doesn't get paid enough to read notes.

The Dr we saw never looked at us, never asked what we were there for he just assumed. When tried talking about the issue we were there for he said he has 3 patients waiting so he did not have time" he referred it was our fault he was running late even though he was 50min late for our appt."

Absolutely welcoming staff & the Dr was amazing, I definitely will be making another 1 hour & 35 minute drive back there

Can’t even get a script very unprofessional n will be taking this further!
