Rare reviewer here, sufficiently motivated by this product and business to submit. I have been battling to find a well designed and constructed battery case for my phone since my first “mophie” case in 2018. Mophies reduction in design and quality, combined with savage import restrictions on these products here in Aust for difficult to understand reasons, had me searching for an alternative. I found auspower banks, submitted a query about whether corded headphones were supported through their device and received a prompt reply that they cannot guarantee this for non apple branded. I ordered one anyway (theyre well priced), and it did work. The case is so nicely appointed and functional that other members of my family expressed jealousy over the condition of my phone, and not needing to battle over the charger every night, hence I bought 2 more as christmas presents. My lover had some technical issues with hers, which may or not be related to the design weak point (the lightning connector) on initial installation, but with quick replies to my query they popped a replacement in the mail within days. I hope this company hangs around for years because no phone is complete without one of their cases. Lovely stuff.

I bought the power pack plus folding solar panel that fits it. What a great piece of kit!!! Works extremely well. Great for overnight camping!!! A great addition to our emergency grab bag to keep our satphone operating for a longer period of time in an emergency. Very well made product!!!
