Excellent butcher on the parallel to the main road definitely worth a visit. Also had exotic meats such as crocodile emu buffalo and (of course) kanga. Really helpful and fun staff, good range of cuts and great sausages. Not just for wholesale also good for public purchases. Highly recommended.

Bought three thick scotch filet steaks. Seasoned with salt an hour before cooking, patted dry and cooked on a hot cast iron griddle. Some of the best steaks we ever eaten. Incredibly tender, full of flavour, crisped up nicely.
