Absolutely amazing, my 6yr old had to have her first filling yesterday, she was a little nervous about dentists, however Dr Vicky Cheng and Kristy were so fabulous with her. She can't wait to come back for her next check up. Thank you so much :)

This was my first visit to North Lakes Dental Group and was attended by Dr Bo Jiang. He is a very mature person and took lot of interest in my dental problem. He is one of the best dentist I have visited so far. I wish him all good luck.

My teeth have never been more sensitive after a visit here. I’m experiencing what feels like exposed nerves on three teeth after my clean.Returned to see if they could fix it and I was advised is to apply sensodyne toothpaste directly for 2-3 minutes for a number of days.I also noticed a new chip in my tooth. Not happy at all. Especially when I went here purely because of their 5 star rating.

My son chipped his tooth playing sport and was able to get an emergency appointment. He had previously had a very bad experience with a previous dentist 4 years ago and was petrified to go back to a dentist. I even had to chase him down the road before getting him in the doors.However, once we entered the surgery and was greeted by Kristy and reassured him he would be okay, he calmed down. They were so gentle and explained everything to him and by the end of the appointment he allowed them to clean his teeth and he even said he WANTED to go back. Unbelievable turnaround. Thank you guys, you are the best.

We love the friendly staff at this dentist. We have always had great service, and whenever we have had an emergent dental problem, they have been able to see us on the day. Both offices that we have been seen at, have excellent dental assistants/receptionists. It makes for such a wonderful experience when you are greeted warmly, and when needing to change an appointment, you are treated with kindness.
