Could not recommend Luke and the lads at West Coast Auto more...had my ute for weeks whilst I found a replacement engine and then once I found one they did the work extremely quickly and promptly...followed up with me with updates and questions. I am so happy with the work they've done and I now know where ill be sending my friends and family..not to mention the cute Frenchy too

What a scam selling perseptions. Our business Got sold a year long voucher for services with discounted items. What a Crock of @$$. I am demanding a refund after i had to get another service centre to redo the service and fix their mess. Getting changed for 10 liter of coolant when it only takes 2 liter of consentrate. Charged for 4 hours service when mechanic only started an hour before collection. And wanted to replace brakes that was replaced a week prior. Really stop criminals like this you give service centre a bad rap.

I got my Ute serviced by Jake. I accidentally brought my car in a day after it’s booked date. They still serviced it for me the legends! Very good service and will definitely be coming back.

My first time with West Coast was the most terrible experience of my life. I took my car for a service and light repair but ended up towing my car out of their workshop. They created problems on my car and blamed it on my last mechanic. Their proposed invoice stated they were going to spent a total 7.5 hours on my car changing alternator and radiator. After towing my car out thinking all hope was lost. A more experienced humane mechanic fix my car with genuine warranteed parts in less than 2 hours in my presence and handed me a bill of $625 as opposed to the $1,856 West Coast had plan to rip off me. Despite the fact they didn't fix anything but created more problem by damaging my sump plug, they collected $300 from me before agreeing to releasing my car to be towed. If you looking for good auto shop visit Sun Hi Auto service and repairs. Go to West Coast at your own peril.

STAY AWAY FROM WEST COAST AUTOMOTIVE REPAIRS. Disappointed to say that we had an awful experience with this business. Payed over $4k for a job that was estimated to take 3-4 days, ended up taking 4 weeks and the job was never finished. They replaced the starter motor, got it wrong, did it again and AGAIN they managed to muck it up. The bonnet latch which was working fine is now faulty after they adjusted" it. We thought it seemed a bit dodgy at the time but gave them the benefit of the doubt to unfortunately just be disappointed once we got home to find the cable for the bonnet latch had snapped. Shocking handiwork on the coolant reservoir which will need to be replaced for a further $300.All we can say is don't make the mistake we did and find another business to work on your vehicle. Couldn't have done us dirtier."

This guys are rip off... they basically damage something in your car and expect you to pay for it.. then giving you a bogus quote for the repairs... I won't advise my enemy to patronise them.
