I've been trying to grow out my fringe but walking through the shopping centre late on Saturday afternoon I'd had enough of it hanging in my eyes. I dashed into Reno's just before they closed and begged for someone to trim my fringe!Maddy (I hope I have the name right) was about to leave but volunteered to help me out. I'm not even a client but she went over and above to help out. She did a great job, was super kind and sweet and earned my deep gratitude. Ive been going there for a long time ( 20 years plus)They seem to be unable to retain staff. They currently have a bunch of young and raw staff. I was there today to discover that They have sponsored 8 hairdressers from the Philippines to work in the salon for two years. I would not get a haircut in the Philippines due to the standard of the training and I certainly wont be paying Reno prices for it. I wont be back.

I walked into Reno today with no booking and from the moment I walked in, I was greeted with the loveliest service! I never caught the name of the lady at the desk, but Kelly and Bella who looked after me were absolutely wonderful! I felt so comfortable and in good hands, and I walked out of there so happy with my result. I couldn’t recommend this salon enough. Thank you ladies for making it such a great experience. Bella is an asset to the business!

Very disappointed. $58 for 15 minute hair curl, which upon looking at it at home - half is not even curled properly. My hair is shoulder length and fine menu says “from 45” I don’t know why it’s more than that. Asked for waves and my hair is in ringlets not waves. Did not use any heat protectant before curling. Waste of money and very poor quality. Have to redo myself at home.

I was able to walk in and get an appointment with Kelly. She was an absolute gem, not only did she take her time, she really understood what I wanted. Best haircut I've had in a really long time and all the staff were lovely and happy to help each other. I definitely recommend and will be coming back.

$215 for a root colour, trim and blow dry! Rip off and definitely won't be back. The root colour doesn't even match with my current balayage
