I’m a local and have been eyeing this shop for a few months, today I made it to the shop. I was excited to walk out with a few dresses but the environment was extremely uncomfortable. We were mocked and thereafter talked about as I went into the changing room to try the dresses. This is because a male cannot accompany a female in a female shop even if he was waiting at the front of the shop. The shop owner should have stepped in and dealt with this prejudice behaviour. Perhaps reevaluate the country you have decided to live and operate in. Extremely disappointed and hurt.

They are way worse than one star,they don't deserve one star, they should be ashamed of themselves,by far the worst customer service I have ever dealt with,I don't think there will be worse,so rude ,Ill manners and attitude, unprofessional, unhelpful the list goes on, sometimes good customer service can compensate for les quality and/or overpriced goods or services, however with Modelle Greenacre this is not the case!!! SHAME, NEVER AGAIN.

Won't even allow exchange of item 2 days after purchase, with all tags attached and receipt. Apparently their 'policy' is they don't exchange scarves.

Stay far away. Their exchange and return policy is very unfair and works against the customer and causes wastage of perfectly new clothes with tags. Customer service was terrible with no knowledge of proper protocols, also one was working whilst visibly sick, sniffling constantly without a mask during a pandemic. There are other Islamic clothing businesses that you can support, which sincerely centre themselves on halal and fair transactions, and avoid unnecessary wastage of clothes.

Great customer service from the beautiful stuff! I highly recommend to all the sisters that struggle to find modest wear, to visit Modelle. From personal experience I found their garments to be of great quality that is matched with very reasonable prices.I’m definitely coming back for more shopping!!
