Life Beyond Limits and their leader Rik, is an inspirational group of people that has touched our lives in a multitude of positive ways. Over the last 4 years, Rik has coached and mentored me. During this time I have joined the NLP programs, in class and on Zoom run by Life Beyond Limits. My approach to life and thinking has taken a turn for the better. The beliefs I once had, no longer serve me. These have been replaced with a set of beliefs and values, that have made me a much happier and clear thinking person. My business has methods have improved netting a 100% increase. Depression, low esteem, and anxiety no longer effect me. The prescribed antidepressants are no longer required. (Through consultation with my Physician) If you wish to live a better life, speak to Rik Schnabel. You will not regret it, I know I have not.

Attending Rik’s NLP public speaking , facilitator training and his 1:1 coaching sessions have been one of the most life changing experiences that helped me to challenge some longstanding core beliefs and narratives that were impacting both my personal and professional life. Excellent in depth courses and coaching modalities that can be used very successfully in just about any situation. Also Rik has some great transformational audios.I did two courses with him and apart from the great content and growth tools provided, there is an ongoing community and support, very much like a family, that you can choose to be a part of.
