Michael and his team were above and beyond professional. I had never heard of Arrow Smash repair and i after speaking with the Team at Honda Essendon they recommended this panel repair shop.From the moment i spoke to the receptionist who was very welcoming and professional i knew i was in safe hands. Michael contacted me a few times to give me an update on my car which really good to feel like i was in the loop with everything.Upon getting the call that my car was complete i was shocked to see how amazing the work that was conducted on my car. Not only was everything repaired better than its original state my car was cleaned inside and out very well.I dont often write reviews however i found the need to thank the team at Arrow smash repairs and highly recommend them. I definitely will be going back!Thanks again

Amazing service. The staff is really helpful and are very straight up. My insurance sent me somewhere else (their dependant repairer which had subpar service and communication). I’ve done my research and asked them to transfer my VW here. Arrow smash repairs were very helpful in that transition. Michael comes highly recommended. Thanks again.

Michael was really down to earth and super nice throughout the experience. I've damaged the front of my car and he worked out what needed to be fixed with me. Then called in and quoted for the parts + repair costs everything in front of me - no hidden extras, etc. Dropped off my car the following week and it was repaired within the day. The service was ace and genuine! - hard to come by in this day where there are plenty of sharks out there waiting to rip you off.

I brought my car in to Arrow Smash Repairs for a quote after being involved in a car accident and upon speaking to Michael, I knew immediately that this was the place to go!Michael and his team are extremely thorough and meticulous in their repair work. Michael took the time to keep me up-to-date with where my car was at with the repairs, sent me photos and kept the lines of communication open until the very end, which is something I greatly appreciated.The repair work itself was phenomenal- my car was back to showroom condition. Beautiful job done with our car. Michael is extremely honest, friendly, reasonably priced, excellent integrity and most of all his team treats our car like their own and even gave it a full detail despite us fixing only a the left rear door. Top notch and I would definitely get him to spray paint my future cars not going anywhere else!! Highly recommended!
