Best pharmacy I have EVER been to. The pharmacist actually cared, was knowledgeable, took time to talk through the medications and support me. I was feeling super vulnerable and he (and all the staff) made me fee incredibly comfortable. Will be coming here from now on. Highly recommend.

Fantastic staff who are most helpful, the pharmacists are also very informative and will go the extra to ensure any special needs/medication is discussed and tended to in a timely polite manner.

Great pharmacy with personalized service. Have a delivery option which I am sure would be great for the very ill or disabled.

I have covid so can't get to the pharmacy. When I rang with my brain not working and struggling to talk Linda walked me through how to get my prescriptions and then even went to the trouble of delivering them to my home. Over and above and the best help you could get. More than what I paid for - she was kind.

Definitely not your local friendly chemist. Ran in there for some heartburn tablets and was accused for looking for Codeine?? Tired to explain the brand and she still went on about Codeine? Like seriously… luckily notice the packet and grabbed it and paid and left. Horrible experience.

I was having a low moment. The compassion shown and help provided by one of the employees was unexpected. Many thanks for taking that extra bit of time to help me. You have no idea how much it helped.

in absolute disbelief...My 80+ year old grand mother has been a patron of BH pharmacy for over 20 years and regularly picks up her prescription from the shop.She recently had a complex fracture to her wrist and cannot drive so she walked to the store to pick up her prescription medication as well as panadol for her wrist only to be refused panadol because she was 50c short, she offered to defer the 50c to her next prescription.Again to reiterate, she has been a customer for over 20 years! i am in shock at the utter lack of empathy the employees had as when i went to pick them up for her myself, i was given a watered down excuse as to why they were unable to postpone the small amount for her.Would very much like an explanation / apology from the store owner as the lack of action was essentially scapegoated upon him as the reason they couldn't discount the item for her. An easy way out for the employees to act like robots.
