Brakeland

I took my Mazda to have the rear brakes fixed and after a $400 bill, the main issue was fixed however Brakeland said they didn't know how to reset the electronic handbrake system which means a light would show up on the dash but everything was working fine. They said they would research how to do it and give me a callback, which never happened.3 months later I had my annual service at Mazda and to my surprise, one of the callipers Brakeland serviced was damaged. According to Mazda, the damage could have only happened by mishandling of the parts. Mazda quoted me $600 to replace the entire calliper. I tried calling Brakeland to see what they had to say but to my surprise, they don't work on Fridays. Mazda wanted me to sign a term in case I didn't do the repair since it was considered a safety hazard as one of the rear brakes wasn't working properly. Left with not much choice, I decided to do the service with them.Very disappointed with Brakeland service on all fronts. They not only failed to do a trivial" repair but they never got back to me to sort out the brake light issue. Also

Alan and the team recently completed a rear brake job on my BMW.A couple of weeks after picking it up the Service Reminder came on for the brakes again, only because the sensor wire had broken. Alan ordered and replaced the sensor wire, and reset the Service Reminder....at no cost to me. How good is that?!Top shelf service!

I had been going to Brakeland since 2007 and a loyal long term regular customer. I had installed new car mats the day before which cost $69.95 I had the brakes done on my little Holden Tigra the following morning.Car was returned with footprint marks in thick oil on the driver's side car mat (did not put a protective cover over the mat when the mechanic got into my car to drive it). At first denied it. I asked to have the mats replaced (Brakeland can have the set I put in (receipt and original packaging I could produce) and replace with the identical set, at their expense. Brakeland refused. I was told to drive back (it is a 2 hour return trip for me to Toowoomba to Brakeland) and one of the employees would 'wash' my mat with degreaser and let it dry in the sun whilst I 'wait' with it all being FREE OF CHARGE. I didnt return. I purchased a new set of mats as the driver's mat that I subsequently did clean with degreaser didn't get the oil out.

Brilliant service, extremely fair pricing and Alan genuinely cares about the quality of his workmanship. Would not hesitate to recommend this business in Toowoomba.

Horrendous experience, got quoted a 350 to make up brake lines, picked up the car and wanted almost double, never called to ask if I wish to proceed and proceeded to do the job how they wanted instead of how I asked, Allen was incredibly hard to deal with, would not recommend ever.

Fantastic service. Made up a brake line no longer available from manufacturer in ten minutes. Gave some tips on installation. Very happy. Thanks Alan.

When in looking for an adapter fitting for my clutch, they didn’t have what I needed but they were more than happy to come up with a solution to sort out what I need, they made up a part on the spot within 2 min I was walking out the a very happy customer and very fair pricing

Excellent service and price from Alan and the team. Checked and adjusted brakes/ bearings on camper trailer, was told to take it for a drive before paying to make sure I was happy with it. Would highly recommend and I will be back for future service requirements .

We needed urgent attention to our brake fluid leak on our caravan so Alan and Jay gave us immediate attention without any booking and got us back on the road without delay and at a very reasonable cost. We highly recommend Brakeland for their friendly efficient service.
