Fantastic place for all the family. We took our 6yr old to learn to skate and she had a blast. The staff are incredible and they do everything to get the kids involvedWe will hopefully be back before our holiday finishes

Great rink, we are a family of experienced skaters and had our first skate there this weekend. Rink is long and narrow and has a good floor. The staff are wonderful, really friendly and chatty and keep the atmosphere fun with plenty of games. Shop is well stocked with a good variety of skates and accessories for entry level, hockey and artistic skate needs. The staff member we spoke to in the skate shop was very knowledgeable, which is great as all skaters love a chat about the wheels and hardware etc!! Overall we were impressed and will definitely skate there again when we’re in the area.

Ok sized ice rink, with a lot of people. The rental skates are pretty blunt, so minimal chance of injury. Staff on the ice to help out. Near the end they run some events to spice stuff up. Decent all round experience.

The staff here are what makes this place great! Always friendly, kind, and willing to help. Love going here.

Thanks Luke and staff for taking care of my daughter last night after her fall. Her jaw is bruised and battered today but she is A-O-K. Thanks for your genuine care and concern and gift of a free pass. We will be back soon!

I really don't want to rate this so low but I was disappointed in the size of the rink and the fact that there are no times for adults only to skate.I get that they want to promote a family fun time environment but it's really frustrating when children who don't know how to skate are falling in front of you constantly and you are tripping over them and their parents and the staff do nothing.

Great fun place, with games during the ice skating experience and a speed skating run towards the end of the session.Staff were great, good shop selling ice skates, roller skates and roller blades.I normally wear a size 9 shoe and because I have a foot with a square toe, I wore a size 11 ice skate so my feet weren’t squashed. (With size 10 skates after about 10 minutes my feet felt like they had pins and needles).The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because the rink is on the small side.

It was great fun and a fantastic set-up. The staff are really friendly and they were really efficient in getting everyone on the ice quickly. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because there were a few young guys skating too fast for the number of kids on the ice, which is a bit dangerous. They should have been told to slow down.

We had a great time ice skating. It was my girls' first time ice skating, and they had an absolute ball. There were plenty of beginners, so it put my girls at ease to know they weren't the only ones new to it.I still feel that it was worth the 5 stars as everything was great, the staff were happy and helpful, and the food was delicious.The only things I felt could have been improved upon were the beginner-aides (penguin statues). Good design, worked reasonably well, but there was only one height available, and at $8.50 each I felt there should've been other sizes to allow skaters to not have to bend over to use them. Also, the 2hr time frame is great, but 3hrs would be way better, as you just start getting into the groove of it, then it finishes, as you're not just skating, you're looking after your kids, taking them for toilet breaks, getting them food, etc.Overall, we had a fantastic time, though, and will definitely be going again!Thanks!
