Great space, classes are fantastic for all ages, will update this once I've tried the gym and other fitness classes on offer (the kids do karate atm).Kids enjoy their classes, the sensei/instructors are very engaging and staff are all friendly.

Karate and fitness all in one! What more could you want?Friendly staff, fabulous facility, while the kids train Karate, I get to attend my fitness class, yoga, pilates or meditation. Perfect!!

My daughter has been attending GRK in Wollongong for 8mths. She loves it and looks forward to attending every week. It is the fist time she has wanted to maintain a sporting activity.The team are very approachable and friendly.
