Ordered breakfast sliders for Christmas. Half meat/half veg as advertised. They switched the veg option with chorizo….won’t be using them again for catering in the future.

ordered from menu log 131232002 today under RachA Chicken Avo PaniniPoached chicken, avocado, sun-dried tomato, tasty cheese and mixed lettuce dressed with aioli.$13.50swapped the poached chicken for crumbed but got no Avocado or sundried tomato on the Panini tried to ring and line busy for over half an hour very disappointed with food and price for what I got even says avo on bag but none on it. one star at least it was quick to get here.

Chicken pesto salad awful, rather than telling the staff who probably would not have followed up my complaint, I am so disappointed poorly cooked pasta and looked like heavily processed chicken, commercial pesto made with out care. Staff nice Shell harbour shopping centreZ

one of my favourite places to shop, it was recommended to me by a close family friend and the food is always spectacular

I give credit when its deserved. The quality is Ok, food taste is perfect ... BUT the filling inside the roll was little to nothing. The way its displayed in the glass cabnet makes it look like its a full salid chicken filled roll! but not so. The way its made is to deliberately miss leading to you. You pay full price for the filling. What there is of it, its pushed out from roll. You get ripped Off! Very very piss poor on the last 2 occasions. I guess from now on will definitely skip on soul for another' food option. Thay lost me on this tactic.

Decided to have the chicken and avocado salad. The person who served me was picking all the lettuce to put in my container and avoiding to put any chicken or avocado or other ingredients in it. I told her this is only lettuce. She looked at me blankly with no expression and kept putting lettuce. Told her again and she added 2 small pieces of chicken.12.5$ for less than 200gm of lettuce is definitely a rip off.My friend choose the same salad with a different person serving her. She ended up with 3 times the amount of food and a generous amount of topping. So I showed my salad to the person serving my friend and asked her to put more topping as only lettuce was in mine. She did so one star for this person. Will not come back or recommend soul origin. And if the owner reply with a generic reply thanking me for my feedback and asking to contact the owner, don’t bother I will.

We purchased two small salads at $9.90 each from Shellharbour store on 2/1/23. Was shocked when the young girl serving, literally filled the plate to the brim with lettuce which she did meticulously, then put 3 very skinny, short strips of chicken schnitzel on top, with no onion, cucumber, or capsicum.The chicken, avocado, pasta salad – there was no avocado on it and again a huge amount of salad & very small amount of meat. Not true to the advertised product that she expected us to purchase. .Also noticed the plates have a high indent right through the bottom, so they don’t take as much as they appear from the outside.We have bought similar meals from other stores with no problems, but will not be purchasing here, again – what we did get was tasty, but $10 for a plate of lettuce is not going to bring Customer’s back.

Always go to Wollongong and Sydney city soul origin and it’s great. Decided to get a salad at Shellharbour and they Barely put any salad in it! I gave them another go and got a schnitzel roll a couple of days later. All I could taste was bread. It was so empty and very little sauce. So disappointing and a waste of money. Definitely skimping on ingredients.

Today bought a $11-50 chicken panini.Chicken was sliver thin, like a slice of ham, one piece of tomato and small lettuce leaf. Wow what a disappointment!!!

I had a regular salad it was $9.90 and you can choose up to 3 salads. I picked 2, I had the crumbed chicken pasta salad and chicken ceasar salad and both were amazing! Great quality products and was super tasty! Was also very filling. Staff were getting custoners through very fast which was great but i have marked 4 stars instead of 5 as the customer service could be better and also the placement of the store being right infront of the escalators makes it awkward.
