I would like to express my gratitude to Yuki at Maison Fleur for consistently creating beautiful bouquets. Yuki is not only friendly and professional but also makes me feel at ease without any pressure to make a purchase. Whenever I visit Gasworks, I make it a point to stop by and have a chat with her. I have asked her to order bouquets for me on a few occasions, and she has always exceeded my expectations with her creativity. My mother-in-law is consistently impressed by her work as well! I will definitely be returning to support this wonderful local business!!

I was there this afternoon and helped with an odd request regarding soil haha. The staff member was so kind, helpful- even though they were about to close it was no hassle. I will be back to purchase some of their wares; stunning!

Really disappointed with the customer service. I ordered for same day delivery/pickup (before cut off time of 11am), they called at 2:30pm to say closed early and couldn’t do the order (which was for pickup at 3pm).Then I tried to rearrange the order for a later date, first calling Gasworks then being told to call Adelaide at shop. Each shop trying to pass me on to the other.The bouquet I ordered was $120 single wrapped florists choice with the added note of peony’s and cream ( which I was told I could have them if I picked them up at 3pm after they’ve attended the market).After arriving to pick the flowers up,I’m disappointed and tell the employee who coincidentally I talked to on the phone,proceeds to gaslight me that she never said anything in regards to peony’s on the phone.Not only did I receive rudeness but no apology for the waste of my time. Not to mention that my bouquet has no card with the note I added in the online order.I have always supported my local florist, but I can’t imagine going back if that’s the level of service they let their customers receive.

What a beautiful range of flowers, plants, and their very own brand of scented candle is to die for! It come with a crystal like container with a lid ❤️ I’m in love. The Asian lady is so helpful and a warm smile to welcome my browsing. They have beautiful orchids in large as well as miniatures. Flower arrangements are very high class and tastefulHighly recommended. Parking is easy with 2 hours free of charge

Bart and the Maison Fleur team did a fantastic job of our engagement party florals. Their communication was also prompt and helpful, and made it really easy for us to be confident in what they would deliver! I highly recommend them, and will definitely use them again in the future.
