Extremely rude, condescending and unprofessional behaviour. The experience forced me to remember that I have a different skin colour - something that had not even crossed my mind for months. I went to get my medicine from a prescription that my doctor had emailed me a few months ago. Little did I know that the procedure had changed and a different format for e-scripts was required. Instead of explaining it professionally, the white" lady pharmacist assumed I was trying to do the wrong thing

Excellent staff, extremely knowledgeable and helpful pharmacist. I would go there again without hesitation. I love that it is a compound pharmacy too, so I could order what I needed to be made up, and the turn around time was extremely swift.

Absolutely disgusting staff. The staff were swearing at people on the street today - I’ve never seen more disgusting service. I understand times are are stressful right now - but to have your staff swearing and insulting people was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. I was not the one being spoken to - just a witness. Whoever owns this place needs to have a hard talk with the feral ladies working at this pharmacy.

Were unable to fill my script as they didn’t have enough staff on. Was told I would have to wait 56 hours to collect if I wanted to leave script here. This is so wrong. I specifically came in early to make sure this wouldn’t happen. There was literally no one in the pharmacy (and generally never is) so claiming they were busy is quite frankly unethical.Don’t advertise yourself as a compounding pharmacy when you only can offer the service at selected times.I will be following this up with the Pharmacy Board of Australia.

Just filled up my 1L bottle of MooGoo. They are a refilling station!!! Great for the environment and cheaper as I don't need another container and pump. Brilliant service by staff. Highly recommend it!!!

I wouldn't go anywhere else for my scripts. There is a professional, friendly and personal atmosphere in the shop. Carolyn knows her stuff and is happy to patiently explain any queries or give advice. Jemma always has a smile and pleasant conversation. Great service!

I had my booster shot (4th one) today. Carolyn was very friendly, assuring and professional. The last three shots I have had at the Repatriation Hospital did hurt so much, but this time it was literally just a little scratch. Carolyn takes time and care. I would recommend anyone to go get a vaccination here. No waiting time either as long as you make an appointment. Thank you Carolyn!
