Japanese Cuisine Classes(Home cooking Classes)

One of the best nights of food & entertainment I have had in years. Lots of laughing, learning along the way and ended with a lovely meal in great company. I ate food I never imagined I would & returned for ‘seconds’. Tomo is a true ‘Gentleman’ with great knowledge/skills & is more than happy to pass it on to others. He remains Professional throughout, but you feel like you have made a great friend by the end of the experience.I could not recommend Tomo & his skills highly enough. If you ever have the opportunity to have him into your home/business/corporate event/school etc don’t let it pass you by - book it in, as you will never regret the experience he brings to you….!!

For my husband's 70th birthday, I wanted to surprise him with something different. So I invited a few close friends to experience Tomo's Japanese Cooking class. It was a hit! The food was delicious and we learnt so much about Japanese culture. Tomo was an excellent teacher. I would certainly recommend this gift with a difference. That's what memories are made of.

My husband and I have done a cooking class twice now with Tomo and each time we have had an absolute blast! The food has been delicious, and both times we have recreated the recipes so Tomo obviously taught us well.Tomo is very professional whilst still creating a very comfortable, relaxed and fun atmosphere. He reads the room very well!We would highly recommend this and will be doing more in the future!

I can not recommend Tomo and his cooking class & dinner experience highly enough! We booked this for our last night of our hens trip in Coolum and all the girls absolutely loved it! He is funny, kind, a real gentleman and most of all so passionate about the cooking and the produce! Thank you Tomo for being a part of our memory and making it so special!Oh and not to forget the dinner was delicious and we leant so much!

What an enjoyable cooking class this was! I have never done a cooking class before and I was a bit nervous but Tomo was so lovely and was such an excellent teacher and he made the night so much fun. I learnt a lot and had such a great time. Thank you Tomo for making my birthday event very special! I would highly recommend these classes.

We had such an awesome time with Tomohiro. His approach to sharing his recipes and love of cooking homemade Japanese food was exceptional. He certainly gave us great value for our investment in his class and the added bonus of creating a short video of our evening was perfect! It was a pleasure to share our table with him and get some tips on using chopsticks! Thank you.

Tomo is an incredible teacher. He brings his background and life experience to a fun night with friends. He allowed us to be exactly as we wanted to be - we laughed and laughed and he was able to be in the moment" yet maintain professionalism. I have done many a cooking class but this is the first time I loved the food that much and felt like I would truly replicate the dishes at home. A real testament to his teachings and choice of dish and overall joy of cooking. Thanks Tomo
