Babyland

Like others have mentioned it's quite often hard to get anyone to help you in this store. Both times I've been here though, I did search out Helen who is an absolute star and helped me select a rocking chair. She walked me through all my options and gave me tips and told my partner to set the chair up asap and let me relax in it with a cup of tea!Collection of the chair was easy, the guys at the warehouse loaded it into our vehicle and were extremely pleasant!

A great store with a good range of products. Well organised and laid out.The staff are fantastic, so knowledgeable and patient. I’d previously shopped at a baby store south of the river but will definitely rely on baby land from now on, much better service!

Me and my wife have travelled from South Yunderup to here multiple times just because the people there are so lovely. Big shout out to Matt who has been nothing but amazing to our family and also Angie and the rest of the girls (sorry I don't know your names) you made the transition of having a baby that little bit easier with your understanding and patience and our little family will be forever grateful.

We had the best sales experience with their staff member Rose. At other baby stores we’ve been ignored, not here! Rose helped us with all different car seats to see what would fit my small car, and she tried different prams in the boot. Overall we spent over an hour here receiving her wonderful care and advice. She wasn’t pushy and really did help us get the best deal. Well worth the visit!

Store is wonderful and easy to navigate. Prices are on par with other stores. Was pleased with the range of products available. 2 stars due to spending over 20 minutes in the store trying to select a baby carrier. Multiple staff talking in the centre register area but none came to assist us. The aircon is also not great, pregnant wife left sweating. If you know exactly what you need then this place is fine. If you need some help I recommend taking the drive to baby road.

I had a great experience with Babyland, being my first pregnancy i was abit lost, when i came into the store i had Helen help me out with advise regarding furniture & prams. She was sooo lovley, genuine & friendly. I felt very comfortable and at ease. When i came back to collect the furniture the guys in the warehouse were also very friendly & helpful, loaded everything into my tiny car. Overall a fantastic experience, really nice staff who wanted to help. Thank you for your help in getting ready for baby :)

Updating Google with your Christmas opening hours would have saved us some time driving out to your store. Hope nobody else wasted their time travelling out on Tuesday the 27th.

I was so impressed by the staff here. My initial attempt to shop all things baby was elsewhere, I was so overwhelmed and felt like I had no help from the staff-besides a sales attempt and that’s it.From the second I walked into Babyland, I was kindly greeted and given full attention with a smile and kindness. I spent over an hour with a lovely and extremely helpful lady, who assisted me the whole time. On top of this, everything we wanted was in stock and available (which was definitely not the case elsewhere-we were given a 5 month approximate wait time for basic items) AND!!!! They were on sale too. We made a huge saving.From here we collected our items from the warehouse and the fantastic service continued. The two gentlemen in the warehouse were super friendly, alert, switched on and very eager to help. They were very considerate of our car and were extremely conscious not to scratch or even scuff the interior while loading. They are definitely a great asset to the store.My husband and I, felt that our whole experience here, from go to woah was quite pleasant. We will now shop here for what ever we can. Big applause to all the staff at Baby land (especially Maria), It’s been a while since we have experienced such quality customer service and overall experience anywhere.
