Highly recommend Property works / April and Tom, they have made this move very smooth and even left us a gift box with tea coffee toilet paper and Tim tams it definitely made us feel at home and help us and our 3 children settle in easier.

Myself and our team at Photografx have been photographing properties with Tom and the crew at PropertyWorks for the last 6 years. Tom goes above and beyond, that one step further, every day to do the right thing for both the owner and their tenants. Communication is always open and clear, nothing is a bother and they do what they need to, to get the job done well. It’s always a pleasure working with this team.

Tom and the team at Propertyworks QLD have managed my rental property for a number of years now and I have been amazed at how professional and on the ball the team has been over the years. The transitions between tenants over the years has been stress free as Tom and his team provide a five star service for both property owners and tenants. I can't recommend them enough for anyone looking for a top notch property manager.

We can't recommend Propertyworks highly enough! They came on board with us when we were in a situation that was incredibly difficult, and helped us through it. We only wish we'd had the good sense to bring them in as our property managers before things went haywire.Inspections, reporting and communication we're all of a great standard.You will be in good hands with this team.

Tom and April and the rest of the team at Propertyworks really do make you feel like part of the family as a tenant. They display clear and timely communication with any issues and are great with offering communication between Tennant and home owner. I couldn't thank this team enough for all of their support, understanding and advice through my contracts with them. A really hard team and realestate to beat and I do hope I will be back with you guys in the future.

The property works team, especially April were a delight in the process of finding our property. April did the showing and was happy to have a chat (a very long one) and gave a bunch of quality tips on the area and our application. Once we accepted our lease Tom rang well after hours to check in on us. April and the propertyworks team definitely has our back in everything to do with the property and I am looking forward to renting through them.
