Excellent service and very reasonable prices. Unlike some vets, we never feel like we got ripped off here which allows us to trust their recommendations and feel comfortable about coming here whenever we had any concerns.

I've been taking my animals here for the past few years and cannot recommend them highly enough. The vets that I have seen have all been caring, knowledgeable and professional. They seem to really have a passion for their work. Thank you to all of the staff for taking such good care of my animals, especially for looking after Panda so well during her recent illness.

Very poor communication when they knew our pup was really unwell. Doubted what I believed the problem to be (and I was proven correct by another better vet) and when they found out my pup had died they said sorry it didn't work out"

The Vet and staff at Northbridge Vetmed were incredibly caring towards me and my pet during a sad situation we faced recently. They called me to follow up afterwards and showed so much love towards my pet. I will be forever grateful for how they looked after us

The vet we saw just acted cold, communicated like a plain text book, .. no compassion towards pet at all. Our dog is 15yo, he was nervous and stressed. The vet gave him vaccine injections but nothing special. The good news is the receptionist was very pleasant friendly and helpful otherwise I would give less star.

I sent my 2.5 yr old (house only) cat here for a haircut. In 100% perfect health as provided by VetMed supported with blood work by VetMed. His vaccinations were 100% up to date. 30 hrs later he is on life support, 40 hrs and $4.5K later he is dead. He caught a virus on that day at VedMed, likely due to cage cleaning/higher boarding number during covid. I'm sorry was the response. Myself and family where devastated. They are the cheapest vet around for a reason!
