Very quiet and homely place.Children not allowed and customer service not really impressing

We booked our room for tonight only to find apon payment that the dates were changed to the following week. We then called to discuss this and were recieved with the rudest man i have ever spoke to. We did not ask for a refund but just wanted to change the dates to a future time that suited. We were told that we can either keep booking or forfeit the entire amount. Disgusted and would never recommend

My partner and I booked to stay. We did not feel comfortable from the start. We had my parents drop us off after a family wedding and we were told to leave. I honestly would not recommend this place as we had to arrange other accommodation last minute due to the poor treatment.

Don't get me wrong about this four star review for a five star location.Vince was there to greet us when we finally arrive 45 minutes later than planned.The layout of the accommodation and the facilities were lovely and quaint and showed a little bit of almost country hospitality on the edge of the Perth Metropolitan area.The views are absolutely magnificent looking back over the Southern Perth areas right up to the City and to the Northern suburbs beyond.At night, what a peaceful view and absolute silence to be enjoyed.Last but definitely not lease.... the swimming pool on a scorching hot day was devine.So all in all, a place we would highly recommend if you want the best of a Guest house or Bed and Breakfast, so close to home, but could be a million miles away.

Cosy accommodation in the middle of nature. We had other plans for the day of arrival, but stayed at E for the rest of the day, as it was such a relaxing atmosphere in the house and wonderful to spend the rest of the day on the terrace and in the garden. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. Everything is careful and tasteful furnished and clean. There are also a library and lots of travel information.
