Really nice place, service staff were really lovely. Only issue for me was that the curry bowl I ordered wasn’t warm enough, but all in all we were satisfied with our experience

Food was lovely, wasn’t too heavy, menu as per photos below (4), the lady who served us was lovely and accommodated us even though we came in last minute before the kitchen closed (5), seating seemed limited (3) - only 6 two seater tables and 1 four seater with a single bench for 3 ppl inside. On the outside, there were 3 tables, but the day we came it was fairly cold to sit outside. Pro tip: parking best done on side streets, Blackburn road parking is difficult to reverse out of given the busy traffic.

I've been here many times and each time, it's always delivered the goods. Ambience is warm and opening, service was also great.One of the big breakfasts that I felt was close to good value, compared to other brunch places. And is hard not to order it each time, it's just put together very nicely so it has my recommendation. Juicy mushrooms too!Not sure what changed about the freshly squeezed OJ though, but the texture/quality of it has dropped and was once something I always got.

I went this is cafe today with a friend and didn’t have the best experience. My friend and I ordered separately and ordered our own drink/food. I ordered an acai bowl and the lady serving me goes “I will have to check if you can have that” why is it on the menu if I can’t have? So I got a yes that I was allowed to have it. Next thing they brought over my friends latte to the table like normal service, but she made me grab my own through a little gap from the coffee machine to wall which it could of been dropped so I was not impressed I had to grab , mind you these were latte glasses in plates not takeaway cups. Next they kept bringing over the wrong food to my friend and my food came out with in 20 mins and hers took an hour just for some eggs on toast. Another thing I was disappointed in was my food, I came to this place to try their acai bowl as I’ve seen on their insta and Google. It did not meet the expectations and had very minimal yoghurt + peanut butter + toppings. The service was very slack I know they had not much staff but reassure customers if there is a wait and also don’t make them work.

I had lunch at TREI Café today, and it was a pleasurable experience. The small menu had several options, catering to both non-vegetarians and vegetarians. The Southern Fried Chicken Bao was delicious. The chicken was tender, juicy, and crispy, while the bao was soft. The portions are decent, the service is swift, and the girl who served us was friendly and cheerful. A cute little gem in Glen Waverley, definitely recommended.

Chance upon this cafe while waiting to attend a house inspection near by.Food [3] as we had lite snacks and coffee were good. Service staff [4] are friendly. Seatings [3] ables are limited indoor while outdoor could be distracted by the passing vehicles.

Comfy seats with surprisingly good food quality. And the coffee is also at the right point:) worth more than only 3.9 point I will give it at 4.3 !

First time to have lunch in TREI and the experience is not too bad. I ordered crispy fried buttermilk chicken burger and sweet potato chips. The service staff is friendly, however the chicken is a little bit hard to chew.

Cute little local. Bright, airy, casual surrounds. Prompt and friendly service. Nice coffee. $13 vegan menu as well, so definitely something on the menu to cater for every taste. Plenty of healthy options. Ample parking available.
