The car wash was a nightmare to figure out I ended up sitting there for almost 10 minutes then leaving. The machine was asking for a pin and no info on how to get this pin so downloaded the app and couldn’t find anything on it. So I tried googling and still ended up with nothing. No sign on the way in saying anything about needing to know a special pin either.

The Mrs love's their coffee, so why the 1 star rating you ask ??? I purchased a pie today and it was the worst pie I have ever had, dry and crusty probably two days old it gave me the worst case of heartburn I have ever experienced In My life, coffee is great but don't eat their food

Stopped to get some fuel on the way to the big M, also got a coffee. OTR gives new meaning to a regular sized coffee, small is the new regular! Taste was also rather small". The only thing "regular" was the price. See the photo

The young girl last night working. Was very flustered stressed out. She was polite enough. But as a trainee manager I can clearly see that she has been rushed through her training. This is not her fault but managements.The fact that they have an extremely young girl, Petite, under trained girl working by her self at night in my opinion is very dangerous.I worry for her safety

The staff are lovely, the place is well stocked and the coffee was good!! The only issue is the bathroom isn’t that clean but that’s okay because it’s hard to keep that up in a busy OTR. Very kind staff though :)

Way too often one poor staffer is left to do absolutely everything at peak hours. Happens all the time so not a one off. Not good enough. One young girl left in the store alone to do everything is just not acceptable. Feel sorry for the employees.

Your happy wash car wash should be renamed sad wash. The instructions when you pull up amount to enter the happy wash pin. No where does it say how to obtain this magical pin, so I assumed it must be via the OTR app, so I download the app while sitting in front of this mystical car wash and nothing at all is mentioned about purchasing a pin. Waste of time, either accept cards or cash at the wash or just get rid of the car wash as presently it's useless
