What an awful experience I had today. Been a returning customer for over 4 years and this male hairdresser IS SO ROUGH. Keep pulling my hair during cutting my hair, shampoo my hair so roughly with his nails. I have a sensitive scalp and it was so painful the way he did it.Honestly he needs to be fired, this is my 2nd time being treated so poorly by him.Not to mentioned he’s beeng very TOUCHY too to me, what a nasty attitude. I’m very fuming right now can’t express how I’m so upset at the moment.

This is my go-to place for a haircut ever since I moved to the suburb. The staff is super friendly and they will cut/style/trim exactly the way you want. You might have to call for an appointment beforehand, since it gets quite busy during the day.

Took my daughter second time there and unfortunately the lady was not happy when i ask her cut my daughter’s fringe above her eyebrow ( which i asked her from the begining). She first claimed she is done with her cutting and then i asked her nicely do u mind to cut it abit more as i asked it to be above my daughter’s eyebrow. She the got really upset and rude. When i paid she charge me $50 while on the first time they just charge me $25.If you looking for honest hair dresser better avoid this place.Too bad this review only could give 1 star otherwise i would put ZERO STAR

I really liked my hair cut, was exactly what I requested. Also had a blow dry. Reasonable price and the staff was friendly

Loved my hair cut. It feels so much healthier and lighter! The hairdressers were very friendly and professional.

Had a horrible haircut here. Im surprise as I purposely went to an expensive korean salon place and thought I will get good results. Turn out the lady cutting my hair is clearly not well trained at all, my wife who was helping me cut my hair during COVID does a better job. Really disappointed, will never come back.

Staff was kind and service was overall decent, but I am quite disappointed with the colour. To summarise, I came in with brown hair and came out with bright red roots when all I wanted was a simple toner.I asked for a toner to get my hair colour more uniform, I have been toning my hair brown for some time now as I used to have highlights, so from my roots till about my chin my hair is natural dark brown and the rest is a little lighter. I specifically said that I wanted the lighter parts to match my natural colour better.The stylist quickly showed me some colours and I chose what looked closer to my colour, I said that it was a bit too dark but she said it will fade in very few washes. After returning from the basin I found my roots red, I waited as she dried my hair to see if maybe it would settle but it only got worst, my roots were bright red and so were my ends. After pointing out twice that it was very red and that it was not what I had asked for the stylist made a comment about it being the colour I had chosen and that it would fade in a few weeks, but she would darken it.By the time it was all done I was so upset and just wanted to leave that I said it was fine. My hair is now way darker then before and the undertone is still red, in day light my roots are bright red. The haircut was fine, it is not what I asked for and not like the photos I showed but it looks good. Just very disappointed with the colour service, especially for the price. In the price list a toner for long hair was from $100, I paid $180 for the colour and $70 for the cut.

I had a fringe emergency (bad curtain bangs from a different salon). The ladies at Kei fit me in to their busy schedules and fixed my bangs in 5 mins! Amazing service and such wonderful and friendly people.

Update: the cost would not be an issue if the end results actually last beyond one day! Discounted price off what? Your non existent price list? Theres a ‘cash price’ where you obviously aren’t paying tax then the card price.The appointment also was not 4 hours, i came in at 1:30 and was out the door just past 4:30! Regardless I would not trust my hair to be handled by this place again you definitely saw an opportunity to price gouge ; surprised i didn’t have to pay for air! If i wanted streaky brassy highlights probably could have done it myself at home!Visited on Sunday to get my hair coloured and am quite disappointed ☹️ it costed over $400 !!! to get some highlights in my hair as there was an additional charge for literally everything . I was charged $120 more for Toner which I don’t think they provided me. My hair was bleached once then colour applied and only 2 days later its looking very brassy and Orange especially near the roots! Where was the toner? I have tried to call before this review but no one has answered! Will need to go elsewhere to fix!
