By far the best salon experience I've ever had!!! Lilly was exceptional and made sure I got the result that I wanted. Excellent customer service by all the girls, high praise to Diane for the level of professionalism.I will definitely be back soon.

I’ve given this place a go twice and every time I go I have to then go elsewhere to get my hair fixed and recut to the way I originally requested it. Both times I’ve had my hair cut by the manager. This time I showed a photo of what I wanted and was very specific in my description requesting my hair to come into a gradual V at the back as I no longer wanted the straight blunt look at the back. I left disappointed with my hair blunt straight across the back, I didn’t realise how bad it was until I got home as they only gave me a quick flash in the mirror. In all honesty I didn’t go back to get it fixed as I didn’t trust the lady.Will not be going back, I’ve given this place two chances and not giving them a third. From my experience I will not recommend this place.

Went in to Olivia's Secret looking like I bleached my own hair. Which was actually another hairdresser mistake. Had the wonderful Lily fix my hair, which felt like rope and almost lifeless. I came out looking exactly how I wanted originally.Thank you Lily and Dianne for doing such a wonderful job. Definitely will be back and recommend.

Had a gr8 experience here. I was a hair model for Jess, as she need to be signed off on a particular haircut. Very busy salon, had a bit of a wait(30 minutes), very happy with the results. Salon very small, but clean & efficient

Lilabelle made me feel comfortable straight away!! She was amazing the best hair dresser on the coast!! I have never had my hair feel so good before and the results were the best!!! She and the girls are all amazing!!! Best for blondes!! Would go anywhere else!!! Definitely ask for Lilabelle if she is free!!

Went in for the second time for a full head of foils from lily today and I will definitely be coming back again, she did the most amazing job. best hair salon I’ve ever been to!!

I honestly have never felt so happy and proud of getting my balayage done here. THIS IS YOUR GO TO PLACE ESPECIALLY FOR CURLY HAIRED GIRLS. The women that work here I can’t tell you enough on how awesome, kind , welcoming and professional they are. But I was really impressed with the lovely lilabelle and Jess. They did my balayage so beautifully that I definitely left with confidence and the biggest smile, aswell as the beautiful Dianne and (I hope I got it right) Alyssa I felt so comfortable with them that it almost felt like I was home.BEAUTIFUL WORK LADIES ❤️❤️

Had Jess helping me, she was absolutely amazing and my hair looks incredible!! I was a tricky one but Jess gave me so many options for what I could do and the outcome was perfect. So happy with my results and how I was treated whilst at the salon. Highly recommend!

For many years I found my hair unmanageable as the curl was never sitting correctly.I recently attended Olivia’s Secret Hair and Beauty salon and have been thrilled with the result.Di worked her magic in cutting so now my curly hair is sitting perfectly .The management and treatment advice Di gave me so helpful in maintaining such a good result .Thanks again Di.

I came in with lovely long curls till my elbows and requested the dead ends of and some more layers. It is now shoulder length and cut shorter and totally different on one side than the other. At the back is a tiny mullet sticking out from a bob. My hair is ruined and I have to get it fixed to look equal at another hairdresser. I did get a refund but really lost my beautiful locks and day.I was cut by the owner and she was constantly helping others so clearly not paying attention to what she did to me.
