Hopeless wanted to price new shop fronts for 10 retail shops, in new building, instead they call me after a week to quote on broken glass for a shop. They must have plenty of work. They got the wrong info also took them one week to call back.

I would give 0 stars if possible! Worst experience you’ll have! As a tenant, express glass came for inspection, although there were two panels of 6.38mm thickness safety glass that needed replacement, they convinced the owners that two door panels need x4 6.38mm glass panels by saying that’s strata requirement, so they tried charging us double! That is extremely unprofessional! Luckily we had another company inspect the place and gave us a very fair quote for less than half the total price!So be very careful if you go with them!!

Highly recommend Express Glass!Great communication when organising the glass fittings for my apartment building's mailbox installation, which was well coordinated with a quick turnaround.Paul and Jack were extremely friendly and professional, and did a top quality job. They put extra thought into not only the installation, but also the alignment of the mailboxes and the function of the door that they sat next to.We asked if we could keep the old glass and they even sanded it back for us which was appreciated.They left the area clean and we're really happy with the end result. Thanks guys!

We had them come out to do an insurance repair, they were efficient and professional. They taped up the window for our tenants while we waited for specialty glass to come. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

Big thank you to Express Glass. Hey were very prompt with reply for a quote and arranging quote inspection.The on site work from Chris and Shawn was outstanding. They went above and beyond to ensure that the work was done to a professional level. Chris have expect advice for care and maintenance. Both Chris and Shawn ensured that all glass panels were secure and professionally resealed. Chris and Shawn are amazing.

I have recommended Express Glass to a number of commercial and special use properties and would highly recommend them. They have always been supportive and are willing to go the extra mile. No matter who I have dealt with from the office team to the tradesmen their communication is excellent. I have dealt with many glass companies and Express Glass are head and shoulders above the rest. I wouldn’t use anybody else.

I used express glass to supply and fit a piece of specialty, trafficable, tempered glass with holes cut in it on a very short lead time. The job was time critical and needed to be turned around within a week to meet the clients schedule. Not only did express glass do the job within a week, their price was the cheapest of the 3 quotes I received. Great service and installers that really knew their stuff. Very happy and will definitely use them again.

Fast service for original quote (the same day - arranged by insurance company).Kept us updated of progress of the glass (special order).Also, when appointment was made for fitting, we were given a timeframe of 2 hours and then we were contacted to alert us that the fitter would be here in the next 30 minutes.Great service. We highly recommend them.

Shawn & Martin from Express Glass are very professional, well mannered, and completed the job at a high quality results! Despite the location was on level 3, no lifts available and yet Shawn & Martin performed their work in such a professional manner. They changed 2 windows glass, especially considering the frames being old, Shawn & Martin ensured the quality of completing the job at a high standard. I definitely recommend this service to everyone and thank you Express Glass, Shawn & Martin are an asset to your company!
