My daughter and 4 more girls had a terrible experience with the shop .They all did sns as previous post the nail got chipped an hour later of the service .. so I believe they don’t use a good quality of tips .BYW we went the day after and after discussion they agreed to fixe it without a cost .Unfortunately have to say the shop is very dirty and a cockroach was also waiting to be serve :(they don’t respect appointments times .. not worthy to go .. this shop should close for lack of hygiene ..one of the girls had to get her nails re done because of how terrible it was and then other girl went home with 2 fingers bleeding. No good at all .

I was very dissatisfied with the customer service and outcome of my nails at Jade Nails.First of all, I booked an appointment for 3pm and waited until 4:30 until they started my nails.More and more people came in to the salon saying that they had booked an appointment, and every single one of them waited at least an hour to get started. As well as this, my nails lasted 3 days before they started bubblingup and falling off, and keep in mind I got tips and SNS which is supposed to last at least 3 weeks.I went back a day later to get my nail fixed and was quite happy as they didn’t charge me, but again after this, the rest of my nails continued falling off. The pricing was good but I was very disappointed with the service and don’t recommend going there.

I have been here maybe 3 times and it wasn't very good. The workers spoke little English and were not very friendly. When I rung up they told me that it cost $40 to get acrylics applied with gel but when I arrived I was told it was $50. The process was also not very good, my friend and I had an appointment but had to wait 15mins before even being seated. The actual acrylics are very thick and one of the ladies cut my cuticle (on accident) and it started bleeding, instead of wiping away the acrylic dust in my wound she dabbed it with a paper towel. I am extremely worried that it is infected. I would only recommend coming here if you are. in a rush and every single other store is closed.

Excellent experience & fantastic work on my nails

Shocking customer service, took them three hours to finish a manicure / pedicure! I was charged full price even though they have a clear sign stating if you pay cash, you receive a 10% discount. My nail shape was butchered by the manager after one of the lovely girls had already shaped my nails to my desired shape.Over all I had five different staff assist me today due to the rush in the store. Now I know I'm not paying for a luxurious experience however $75 isn't exactly an hours work with a students wage. It took the salon an hour to start my service, meanwhile they persisted other walk in clients to take a seat, claiming it would only be a ten minute wait... Which bafiled me seeing as my nails had been soaking for over an hour easily. After 45 minutes of soaking my feet, I calmly gathered my things to leave. I was quickly assured by the manager that someone was about to assist me. I explained it's my only day off and I understand they are busy... I just didn't have time to waste. She continued to tell me that if I wait ten minutes my hands and feet would be done simultaneously... I agreed to sit back down, not wanting to make drama for the other customers waiting. To no surprise they were done separately. The timing was one dissapointing factor another was the butchering of my nails. Without asking my nails were formed into coffin shape. Some may like this acquired look however I don't find it suits me. The minute she finished painting she asked me to wash my hands. After washing she was already with another customer. I asked if she was finished with me which she replied yes it's 75 dollars. I walked out of the nail salon almost in tears. I honestly liked my nails more before my service with regrowth. My nails were not clean nor did she do an accurate job. Each nail is shaped differently, black sns from my previous set had leaked around my nails while they were taking it off. Nothing was cleaned. On top of this she snapped a section of one nail while filing my nails. It got stuck behind another nail and was still attached on the side. It was causing me quite discomfort.. When I told her, she replied with I'll get to it soon. At this point I was in pain and demanded ( still politely) that it's hurting and she should fix it before continuing. I spoil myself every three to four weeks and get my sns done and three different locations. Never have I walked out feeling unhappy for a service. Safe to say I won't be returning ever again and I really recommend staying away from Jade Nails. Such a good colour selection but unfortunately they have no idea how to run a successful business. I understand people going to their local salon for convenience but I specifically came to jade from stkilda having in mind the colour selection. I rang the manager an hour later to have a chat thinking it might be a more pleasant discussion for her as a pose to face to face where all her clients would see how at unease another customer was. Her response was disgusting... Take a photo and go to consumer affairs.... I'm done. Shame for the women working under the pump of such a system.

Great chrome polish

I was recommended by a friend to go to this Salon and I am so glad that I listened. Jim is by far the best with SNS application that I've ever experienced. I always leave feeling so very happy with how thin, even and quality of his work. I highly recommend him to everyone. $40.00 for a Soak off, tips and SNS, it's a bargain. I have paid way more and had terrible experience. He is very busy so its expected that during peak times (closer to the weekend) that its going to be a bit of a wait. if you call, book in, he will always do his best to stick to the time allocated. I get the above done in my 1 hour lunch break. He is diligent and fast. Highly recommend!

came in for sns with tips and my partner got a mans manicure. received excellent service and the staff were very lovely! the nail artist helped me pick a nail shape and gems when i couldn’t decide. was pleasantly surprised at how affordable they were too in comparison to other salons i’ve been to. I’m obsessed with my gorgeous nails!! i will definitely be back soon.
