Have been seeing Alex the osteopath at Proactive in Malvern East for a number of years now. She has successfully managed my back pain from scoliosis and fusion surgery. When I first met Alex I was in a back brace and struggling with every day tasks. In a matter of just a few massage sessions I was out of the brace and making huge improvements. She is down to Earth and I've appreciated the way in which she explains things in ways the average person will understand.I originally saw Alex six months ago for chronic lower back pain, which she asked me to give her 3 sessions. If I could give more than 5 star I would, I met Alex and she is a star. I have had a rough year with breast surgery, medication and rehab. I was in pain when I saw her for the first appointment she was so lovely worked with all the things I had listed and exceeded my expectations and she fixed me in one sitting. She is very easy to work with and so lovely as she has a lot of passion and exceptional skills to work with what ever your challenges are.Then my friend who is a body builder and has a few back issue saw her and he has the same experience.
