Nice place to stay, staff are very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again, the restaurant does a great breakfast as well.

Rooms beautiful but restaurant menu VERY ordinary and expensive. I was very dissapointed with lack of choice and would have gotten a nicer meal at a local pub.

Im giving one star because theres no such thing as 0 stars. I had booked for a 1st anniversary and I wanted it to be special!! This was absolutely the worst experience and the most appauling. Where to begin!!! The service was absolutely disgusting. Had guest waiting 20mins to be seated and the staff could clearly see us. Special request for decorations and arrived with just one plain simple candle. The menu was not all interesting very dull. The staff I cannot even find a word to describe. We had only ordered 1 dish because the wait time was already over 30mins and when served we felt very upset and uncomfortable. They made us feel so ashamed to be there. The tone was very rude and we were shoved aside. We were laughed at through the night by 2 staff memebers and the third one being a bar tender. We could not even eat our dish because of the giggles going around about us. We were treated so disrespectfuly and honestly felt racism in the atmosphere. If only we had been a different ethnicity we could have been show respect. I had such high hopes to try this restaurant out for many many years and to experience this on my first time i am very very very upset. Staff memebers need to learn manners and respect!!! This place needs to learn about service and equality and most important the responsibility of taking clients in!!! Im jut so upset the anniversary had been ruined. Definitely will not be returning at all!!! Even a bbq at the shepparton lake while getting bitten by mosquitos would of been better than this place!!

We stayed for just one night. Room was lovely, bed comfy . Shower bit on the small size. Overall nice roomNeed to update website for restaurant as is over 12 months out of date.

Lovely comfortable king size bed and modern bathroom facilities, pool is great but would suggest that they install handrails for entry to the pool as the steps can be a problem for more mature patrons or for anyone with a slight disability

Some good some not so goodSome very good things but some negatives brought it back to 3 rating. We booked the better riiverview room. Room was nice and spacious but the busy road noise and scorching sun in day and street lights at night meant we had to keep the doors shut and blinds drawn.The receptionist on Friday and Sat day shift was fantastic. The other receptionost on Sat evening and Sunday morning was quite unpleaseant.Our tv arial was broken and they were not able to have someone fix it - on the p us it was a smart TV so we could use iview.Pool and outdoor areas was nice, water quite cool which is what i like.Nice distance for walking to the city centre and the beautiful lake walk is just across the road.

Excellent location in the heart of Shepparton. No road noise as rooms are at the back of the site. I felt really safe at night with no walk-throughs. Close to the lake for a nice walk. Well-priced to compete with Quality Inn a few doors up but so much better appointed and cleaner than Quality Inn. A small hiccup with the air conditioning and no markings on the carpark to direct customers how to park nearest the rooms were superficial. Great coffee machine in the room, plus plenty of tea and milk make for a very cosy room. I loved the swivel lounge chair nearest window. It was lovely to melt into that, with a cup of tea, on a rainy afternoon, just as a little break from work. The room was clean and linen in good condition. Overall I would be very happy to stay again. I think that this will be my new go-to when I am in Shepparton from now on. Thanks, ladies, for a pleasant stay.

Advertised buffet breakfast on their website but they do not offer it anymore, main reason why we stayed there. Heater in room made strange noises through the night and kept us awake.

Lovely place to stay, great food and friendly staff. Clean rooms with very comfortable beds.

Really nice rooms with a modern feel. The staff are so friendly. I will be staying here again if I come back.
