Delivered the totally wrong quilt cover. Told I could either go to the effort to return via post or go to local store. Decided local store was easiest. No offer of compensation besides 'sign up online for offers' (already had). Ladies instore were lovely but geez, not amazing customer service at all. When I got what I ordered (without an apology or compensation like even a discount off next purchase), the quilt was good quality.

Everything I've bought from here has been great, the sales staff are so helpful and willing to offer advice. The pillow protectors are great value, as are all the sheets and Doona covers. Would recommend highly.

I had a great experience with this company, purchasing some sheets for a new king size bed!Unfortunately, we received the incorrect size for our fitted sheet. When I contacted the company, they responded immediately. Their apology was accompanied by a return post form followed by the tracking number for the correct size replacement.What amazing service!Very impressed and will not hesitate to purchase online from them in the future.

I've had my doona cover for about 2 weeks, and my husband and I love it.Looks great, feels great.
