My father got 'cold called' by this mob and an appointment arranged which he wrote in his diary straight away. I picked him up and took him to the appointment only to be informed that the appointment was booked in for 2 weeks time. The abrupt young chap behind the desk tried to make us out as liars so we left and won't be back. Be aware if you get a cold call from this company as they don't appear reliable and the staff are rude!
