Tropikool Air Conditioning Refrigeration and Electrical Service

I am in the process of suing Tropikool as they refuse to honor their warranty on their workmanship.

I had an effortless time with great communication in organizing a complete removal and install of new air conditioning unit inside & out by phone. Gaffs worked is professional from start to finish and I'm very pleased to have had him do this job and check my other house. His charges were reasonable and fair as was his quote. He did what he said he would do and he will remain the air conditioning go to company for me. 5* Thanks Gaff.

Gaff is very reliable and they worked hard to replace my existing ducted aircon with a daikin system just in one day. Very honest and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!!!

We contracted Ahmal Gaff of Tropikool to remove an old air conditioning system and install a new Daikin air conditioner in a shop on 18/3/22. The condenser was positioned on the outside. We paid his bill on 19/3/22When the heat setting was used for the first time on 6/5/22 it started leaking directly onto the cafe tables below.We phoned Ahmal Gaff a number of times. We actually spoke to him. He promised to get back to us. He never didWe phoned Daikin on 13/5/22 and were told the first available appointment would be 31/5/22 but there would be a further charge if it was not warranty relatedWe eventually found another air conditioning firm that fixed the problem on 9/6/22
