Glass Effect Detailing

We sent our brand new Audi SQ5 to David and we couldn’t be happier. Dave was able to correct the paintwork including swirls and apply protection all over and inside the car meaning a new car for much longer. It was amazing how good the car came up because we thought it was already looking good. (See the photos on the page). If you have a new or used car Dave is 100% the man. Highly recommended.

I had my restored 1968 Everingham boat ceramic coated by Dave and his team at Glass Effect Detailing. It had recently been painted and I thought it looked pretty good until Dave took it to the next level. Even the chrome work on the engine improved dramatically. Dave recently completed work on my Audi S3 nanogrey. I was amazed by the quality of finished product, the perfect clarity and gloss achieved through paint correction and ceramic coating. I was overseas when car was booked in with GED for work to be done, Dave made sure I got regular updates via fb photos videos, also dropped off car with parents once work was complete. Correspondence was so simple and makes sure he responded in quick turnaround.It's hard to find genuine business these days that truly cares for their customer requirements and which customer can trust. GED gets a 10/10 from me for workmanship, price, knowledge, customer service, post sale support. Definitely recommend.

Have had 2 cars ceramic coated now and the results are amazing. Dave is a perfectionist. One of my cars was coated 3 years ago and still looks just as good as the day it was coated.

Dave’s done an incredible job on my 2017 wrx sti. As soon as I bought my car I knew it was going to need a detail and I couldn’t be happier that I left it with Glass Effect Detailing. I opted for a multi stage detail with 9 year warranty protection as well as wheel ceramic coating and interior protection, meaning the detailing had to be done to precision prior to applying any ceramic coating and Dave absolutely nailed it. He managed to remove swirls, scratches, tree sap, bug remains and more. Couldn’t be happier with how she turned out. Also, Dave seems to pull out some ridiculous gloss and shine out of all cars he works on and it looks even better in real life than what you see in photos. Absolutely would recommend!
