Budget Crane Trucks

Very disappointed. I had been sent a txt to say your truck could enter my driveway for delivery as I had expressed concern over my steep driveway. Someone came while we were out and confirmed it would be fine. Delivery day comes and the truck arrives and says it's not possible!! So I was left with 2 options. Leaving it out the front or leaving it half way up my drive. It was a complete muck around and then I was expected to PAY extra for all the time wasted!!!Communication in this company is terrible ☹

Kevin delivered our large swim spa, and I found him to be friendly and professionally. He managed to place our swim spa exactly where we needed it, despite a 8m stretch and 3m high lift. Thanks Kevin.
