I am very happy with the medical service that I get from The Entrance Medical Centre. I know all the doctors there and find them all very much up to date with new procedures. I now use the online appointment service which is easy to use and you can see who is working without disrupting the friendly reception staff.

Dr Lee is the ultimate doctor - knowledgeable, careful and caring. A doctor that really wants the best for his patience. He not only cared for my father during his last stages in life he also cared for me during my very challenging time as a carer for my father.Dr Lee should be a role model to all new up and coming doctors. Dr Lee is a rare find and unfortunately hard to find a Dr of such calibre.

My hand has a pain and I expect to have a fraction on it. I called reception to have appointment and she advise me. They do not take any patient from Sydney and if that urgent go to hospital. I don’t expect that from medical centre. Moreover, more than 50% of visitors to Entrance they are from Sydney. It end up I drove one hour and half under saver pain to see my doctor in Sydney. To be honest, I will think twice before I visit Entrance again because of this medical centre.

During my consultation at this surgery, I asked to have my BP taken and was told by the Dr. That she didn't have time she was running late and if I wanted to have it taken then I was to wait outside, when I asked the receptionist was this policy of the Practice I was told no there were on time limits on consultations and she then apologised for my experience . I remember seeing a child,s drawing on the wall of this Dr. Office congratulating her achievement of seeing 6 patients in an hour and it then hit home that I was interfering with her schedule. How many of her patients had she made feel like like they were a waste of time and that they weren,t important in the scheme of things. Shame on you Dr k you should be in a job whereYou aren't,t inconvenienced by God forbid sick people"."

Dr. Harris is the most kind, caring, and down to earth Doctor in the Central Coast. He is above a 5 star rating, always takes time to listen to your issues, and diagnose. He will go above and beyond to ensure the patient's health is absolutely taken care of. Reception staff are friendly, and always having a laugh when I'm there. It's nice to see a non-toxic work environment. The synergy between members of the practice is fantastic.

Karen and Jody are very rude people and should not be dealing with the public. Their people skills are disgusting, the practice manager in particular is very rude, that much she has been reported. Disgustingly rude

My regular GP is Dr.Rafia and I have had very pleasant experiences with her. Extremely professional and empathetic.I will state I had a one off appointment with a new doctor, Dr Subhashi Premaratna". I found her dismissive of my concerns & quite condescending. Told to take panadol and given a bill. I will not be seeing her again."

Attended The Entrance Medical Centre" after booking an appointment. arrived early and completed paper work then waited 45 minuets past booked appointment time in empty surgery so claim to being busy could not be made. Suffering allergic reaction while no care was taken to inform me how long Doctor would be or if I needed assistance. I would recommend you go elsewhere."
