Ridiculous key cutting prices. Quoted almost 40 for my basic car key to be cut. Thank goodness I saw the reviews and went to Bunnings instead - got it cut for less than 5. Total frauds.

Had a basic vehicle key duplicated and was charged $35. Really expensive. I went in presenting an official blank which cost $30 and was provided for free by my dealership, and the man, whom I assume is the owner, insisted that I have to pay $35 for having that $30 blank cut! His wife seemed terrified of him too, and meekly cut the key while he barked orders at her. Oh dear.I'd reckon you can get way cheaper from keysmiths in the city such as Schulz or the one in Eastlands.Update: Yeah got ripped off. Having a key cut from a blank in which you provide should cost less than $10. I got another key cut from Eastlands and it cost me only $2. Ridiculous.

Took my Patek Watch in for some links removed. Cheap, fast and professional.

Had a Land Rover blank key I ordered online, went into get it cut and lady said it was really expensive to cut, then out of nowhere said I should go somewhere else!! No explanation as to why? I said you can’t do it, she no! Didn’t apologise or anything and very abrupt and rude! Don’t go here! Worst customer experience

Very unprofessional, I hope the shopkeeper would ask me what to do when they don’t know how to change the battery of the car key, instead of prying my car key with a knife. This also caused serious scratches on my car keys. Moreover, the owner’s attitude was very bad, he did not think he was sorry for making decisions without asking me or scratching the car keys. In the end, he claimed that he had always changed the battery for the car keys, no matter how expensive the car keys were. Poor keys.

They charge $6.5 for a basic key cutting and don’t take cards unless you get minimum 3 keys. Bunnings, on the other hand, charge $3 per key and take AMEX for that amount. Also, getting a parking spot around is a hassle.

Went into this store reluctantly for watch buckle replacement, was quoted $15 on Monday and was asked to bring watch in.I went back Wednesday and he said it's an $800 watch, others would charge me $60 to do it, he told me it would cost $35 today.I stood there asking and waiting for an explanation but he ignored me and walked away.What a way to get a person angry and arking up.I kept asking him why the price had suddenly gone up.He said je didn't have to answer me.I told him I'd write a review he said he already had his customers and that he didn't care.He said for me to get out of his shop or he'd call the police.I told him to as I'm sure they'd want to know why also.He never called them.This old man has no decency or regard, he is an ungrateful, disgruntled shopkeeper that clearly upset me.What a horrible human being and I really don't know how he can sleep.And I don't care.Good news is I went straight into a real watch repair store in Hobart city and sadly they knew exactly the man I was talking to.The shop charged me $10 to do the job and on the spot.I can't believe that people, store owners think they can treat society like this.I come from Melbourne and no one treats customers like this, this is Tasmania, there's no excuse.This man is only interested in making money, not doing a service for the community.If I could give them a 0 rating I would.Terrible experience.

Don't take your blank keys in there cuz they don't even bother to take a look and help you out.

I visited this store to buy some shoe glue, and I was offered a super glue product that is not even suitable for shoes as it is non flexible.The price was $10 and this product is sold at Shiploads down the road for $2.
