Came in for an early dinner on Saturday. Greeted by friendly, helpful staff members. Seated promptly with clean tables, not bunched up together.Music not over powering.Customer service was fantastic.The food was fresh, hot and tasted great! The chefs do a great job with listening to requests and cooking amazing food.Will be back again for the customer service and the great food.

A fantastic burger joint!The decor is entertaining! We arrived at 5.30 on a weeknight in the school hols, and were the first to arrive for the evening. We were all done eating and out the door by 6.30!Our family of 5 ordered 1. the Frankenstein 2. The ODB, 3. The Boujie Royal, 4. Royal with cheese & 5. Pulled pork burger....most with $7 Re-ups (sides & softdrink). Totalled $138.Everyone loved their choices, but personally thought the Boujie Royal (with truffle mushrooms) was the most flavoursome.Also had to have the pecan pie afterwards just to top it off!Would definitely recommend this place.

This place had the best burgers in town, unfortunately I am going to have to go elsewhere (I know I'm not the only one). The new buns belong in the trash, I get it changes have to happen but this change was not for the better.The new buns detract from the burger. The ratio is messed up, they stick to your teeth, flavour is subpar. At least go with the same style of bun and not this trash.Got Mac and cheese tonight and got extra cheese sauce, it did disappoint. It tasted like I was eating pure roux, floury and disgusting.

The burgers a top shelf here though the service can be a bit lacking even/especially when not busy. The atmosphere would be tailored towards a 18-30year old and they have multiple things on tap, they are a burger restaurant trying to be a hip bar

Usually great. I love a stop through this place as the burgers are amazing. Went for lunch on a Thursday afternoon, place was dead. Service was barely there - front of house was ok and acknowledged us as soon as we sat down (did not wait to be seated as there was noone nearby). Burgers came out and was quite quick, though server dropped them off so quick we didnt have a single second to let her know the sauces were missing as they had already returned to the back to chat with coworkers. Miss their potato gems, but chips are still good. Burger had all of 3 onion rings on it which was disappointing but still a good meal. Will be back, but I do recommend some effort when not busy as there was only 2 other patrons so no excuse for the lacking service this time. Not had an issue previously during peak times.

4.5 starsBurgers were tasty but I didn't quite like the buns. I found them rather plain. Addition of sesame seeds on the buns would prob lifted it up a bit more. Having said that, I loved their voodoo ranger ipa beer, one of the best tasting beers I've tasted; slightly sweet. Buffalo chicken wings was delicious and loaded chips was done well Salad was hearty and a little more variety on salad menu would be great.Service was friendly and it was a pleasant night overall.

Good burgers and chicken wings, unfortunately the chips were not crispy enough for me.staff is always welcoming and friendly, great to be able to order from the table on your phone.

Bad attitude.Ordered just a burger and onion rings.It took 40min for the food to come.You would be surprised to see how the food came in the burger box. It was tipped sideways with all the fillings coming out. The onion rings were so oily the box was completely damped by it.The server with purple hair would need more customer service training and to learn how to talk to customers if she continues to be in the hospitality industry.This was my first time trying RoyAl's burgers because it had 4 stars.Friday evening dinner ruined, so disappointed, Definitely won't be back.

Food still taste good, but its starting to getting real expensive to dine here. This place use to be my favourite place for chicken wings in the past 5 years. But I dont think i can justify it with the new menu price and qty served.What happen to giving 10 to 12 (1/2kg) wings for like $13. I understand prices are due to inflation, but reducing qty and increasing price making it $2.50 per wing!!? $15 for 6 wings has definitely lost my business. I for once walked out here still hungry with that serving.
